Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 29, 2026. Please read these terms before using our website.
By accessing or using WorkAbroad ("we", "us", "the site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What WorkAbroad provides
WorkAbroad is an online job board and information platform. We list employment opportunities and publish guides about working abroad. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or immigration adviser unless explicitly stated on a specific listing.
2. Job listings
Listings may be submitted by employers, partners or imported from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that every listing is still open, that visa sponsorship will be granted, or that salary and benefits match what is advertised. You must verify all details with the employer before signing a contract or paying any fees.
3. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when subscribing to alerts or contacting us
- Not scrape, copy or resell our listings without permission
- Not post false, misleading or illegal job advertisements if you use employer tools
- Comply with immigration and employment laws in your home country and destination country
4. Employer accounts
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their postings, compliance with local labour law, and fair treatment of applicants. We may remove listings that appear fraudulent, discriminatory or in violation of these terms.
5. No guarantee of employment
Using WorkAbroad does not guarantee a job offer, visa approval or successful relocation. Immigration decisions are made by governments and sponsors, not by us.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, guides and design are owned by WorkAbroad or our licensors. You may link to our pages for non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce large sections of content without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkAbroad is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings, third-party employers, agents, or information on the site. This includes financial loss, visa refusal, or unsafe working conditions. Always conduct your own due diligence.
8. Third-party links
Many jobs link to external employer or agency websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or transactions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where WorkAbroad operates. Disputes should first be raised via our contact page.
