About the Role
Helicon Foundation Repair Systems is seeking a Construction Worker/Field Tech to support foundation repair, sinkhole remediation, soil stabilization, seawall repair, and concrete projects across Florida. In this hands-on, field-based role, you’ll assist with excavation, concrete work, pier installation, and material handling while operating tools and light equipment safely. Responsibilities
- ✓Perform construction worker duties as assigned by supervisor at Helicon Foundation Repair Systems
- ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
- ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
- ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
- ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- •Previous experience as construction worker preferred but not always required
- •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
- •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
- •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
