Overview: The Houses Manager we are looking for will be responsible for the efficient management of the residential properties on the Reschio Estate. He/She ensures that our operational standards and procedures are followed, with the aim of offering our House Owners and Guests a unique experience. Responsibilities

• ✓Perform houses manager duties as assigned by supervisor at Reschio
• ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
• ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
• ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
• ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors

Requirements

• •Previous experience as houses manager preferred but not always required
• •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
• •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
• •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
• •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
