About the Role
Team Overview: The Welder / Fabricator will form part of Alternative Heat's European Site Delivery Team, supporting the installation and completion of mechanical building services projects throughout the Rhine-Main region and wider Germany as required. The role works closely with Regional Delivery Leads, Mechanical Supervisors, Pipefitters and Commissioning personnel to ensure all fabricated and welded pipework systems are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- ✓Perform welder / fabricator (on-site) duties as assigned by supervisor at Alternative Heat
- ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
- ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
- ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
- ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- •Previous experience as welder / fabricator (on-site) preferred but not always required
- •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
- •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
- •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
