About the Role
Description: Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Janitor with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude handle the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, and more at MacDonald West Apartments in Downtown Portland. Responsibilities
- ✓Perform janitor duties as assigned by supervisor at CRMG
- ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
- ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
- ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
- ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- •Previous experience as janitor preferred but not always required
- •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
- •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
- •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
