About the Role
Ricerchiamo Infermieri ADI per Milano e hinterland. Attività principali Assistenza infermieristica domiciliare a pazienti in carico al servizio ADI. Esecuzione di interventi infermieristici tecnici, relazionali ed educativi secondo il Piano Assistenziale Individuale (PAI). Educazione terapeutica del paziente e del caregiver. Monitoraggio delle condizioni cliniche e degli obiettivi assistenziali. Compilazione della documentazione sanitaria tramite cartella clinica informatizzata. Partecipazione …
Responsibilities
- ✓Perform infermiere adi - assistenza domiciliare duties as assigned by supervisor at Employer
- ✓Follow workplace safety and hygiene rules at all times
- ✓Work scheduled shifts including overtime when required
- ✓Report issues or equipment problems to the team lead promptly
- ✓Maintain a professional attitude with colleagues and supervisors
Requirements
- •Previous experience as infermiere adi - assistenza domiciliare preferred but not always required
- •Skills: Valid passport, Willing to work abroad, Reliable attendance
- •Valid passport with at least 12 months validity
- •Medically fit for manual / on-site work
- •Willing to relocate and complete visa process
